Slow but Steady Wins the Race
We first met Tristan* (not his real name) during a business workshop in Manila. Amid conversations during the breaks, he shared the story of his family’s idle properties in the city—once rented long-term but left vacant since the pandemic hit.
With his own business consuming most of his time, Tristan was searching for a solution to breathe new life into these spaces without the burden of hands-on management.
Upon visiting the units, we found several areas in need of updating. Respecting Tristan’s budget, we partnered with F&F Design and Build to rejuvenate the space in a way that was both tasteful and cost-effective.
